Return & Refund Policy
Overview
All sales are final. All refunds and replacements are subject to confirmation of the damaged item)(s ) occurrence during shipment.
Confirmation that the item was damaged during the shipment of purchased item is required. Return of the damaged item to fathhatcollectibles.com is required.
If within 2 days have passed since your delivery of purchased item, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange under any condition. Refunds are only issued for damaged items returned by purchaser.
If your item was damaging during shipping, and returned to us, you will be sent a replacement item.
If your item is a high value one of a kind, unique item damaged during shipping, an insurance policy claim will have been completed and confirmed before shipment. Such damaged policy will be enacted and confirmed prior to shipment. After the damaged item is returned as provisions provided, your full value of the item will be refunded.
Arranged shipment insurance will be arranged by FatHatCollectibles.com prior to shipment and the damage shipment insurance information will be forwarded to the purchase account holder at time of shipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, damaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are required to present evidence (photographs) of the damage upon receipt of a damaged item.
All claims of damaged product must be made to FatHatCollectibles.com by email or phone within 48 hours from the the day of receipt of damaged item.
Returns of damaged products must have prior confirmation with Fat Hat Collectibles via phone, text or email before submitting.
Refunds
Once your return damaged item is received and inspected, and confirmed to qualify for a return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved for a refund of damaged product, then your refund will be processed, and a replacement or insurance shipment policy credit will be refunded.
Monetary replacements will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, no more than 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund as expected, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Regular priced items may not be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, they will be replaced with a substitute item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are delivered defective or damaged. If you qualify for an exchange due to shipping damage, item will be exchanged for the same item. All refunds, product replacements are subject to the final determination of website owner fathatcollectibles.com .
